It's dawn in the city of Nexus. The orderly hustle and bustle of the people are commensurate with a police state, but there are no police around. Just the everyday chatter, a cup of coffee shared between friends and general politeness whether you are the guy cleaning garbage from the streets, the street vendor, or even someone in the 'organization' like Mika. The early morning buzz is peaceful...for now.
